Flipseer is a listing platform and does not own, manage, or verify any properties listed.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flipseer. By using this platform you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Use of Platform
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform legally and responsibly
- Not misuse, hack, or exploit the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws in UK and Canada
3. Listings
- You are fully responsible for listing accuracy
- No fake, misleading, or duplicate listings allowed
- We may remove any listing without notice
- You must be the landlord or authorized representative
4. Free Trial
- New users get a free 30-day listing period
- After 30 days a paid plan is required to keep listing visible
- Free trial is available once per user account
5. Payments
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) for UK and CAD ($) for Canada
- Prices may change at any time with notice
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or availability of any listing
- Successful transactions between users
- Uninterrupted access to the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
Flipseer is not responsible for:
- Disputes between landlords and tenants
- Financial losses from using the platform
- Any indirect or consequential damages
8. Intellectual Property
All Flipseer content (logo, design, text) is owned by us. You may not copy or use it without written permission.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Post fraudulent listings
- Engage in abusive behavior
10. Governing Law
For UK users, UK law applies. For Canadian users, the laws of the relevant Canadian province apply.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Flipseer means acceptance of updated terms.
